This beautiful sacred service tells the story of Easter through Mary Magdalene's eyes, exploring what she was doing, what was her experience and what was her message every step of the way leading up to the Resurrection, based on the Bible, the Gospel of Mary Magdalene, Episcopalian Priest, Cynthia Bourgeault book The Meaning of Mary Magdalene and A Course In Miracle. Sermon by scholars, Kayleen Asbo, Ph.D. and authors Dr. Marguerite Rigoglioso, Ph.D. and Rev. Christy Michaels M.A who teaches the Gospel of Mary and will lead the live ritual to walk in her footsteps.
Carried back in time we deepen our understanding of Mary Magdalene's important role and experience her journey through Easter Holy Week that begins with the anointing. The service is wrapped in the sacred healing music of Sound healer, Jan Cercone, R.N., M.A.. Beautiful music of Celtic harpist Christine Tulis, special guest pianist/singer Gary Malkin, percussionist Kem Stone, and accompanied on piano by Jef Labes along with many others including the Illumina dancers, lead by Elizabeth Kelley of the Holy Order of Mary Magdalene, Ilona Marshall, Jacqueline Low and many others.
