Open Saturday with Our Director on April 2, 2016 in Oakland, CA : This class presents and explores the three components of Breema.
Breema's philosophy is a clear and comprehensive expression of the underlying unity o f all existence. You will be introduced to the Nine Principles of Harmony, which are a concise expression of the philosophy.
Breema bodywork allows us to establish a direct, experiential relationship to the Nine Principles. You will learn Breema bodywork that you can immediately practice with friends and family members. Breema opens a new and natural way of relating to yourself and to others.
Self-Breema exercises balance mind, feelings and body. You can do them anytime, and they have the potential to support you throughout your whole life.
Studying Breema is both nurturing and energizing and each step is rewarding. Jon Schreiber, director of the Breema Center and author of many books about Breema, will be leading this class, as well as another class on April 23. These classes are a unique opportunity to benefit from his extensive experience teaching and formulating about Breema.
No prior bodywork experience is necessary. Participants need to be able to sit, move and lay down on a well-padded floor to practice and receive Breema.
