Illuminate Your Meditation Practice: the Wisdom of the Yoga Sutras with yoga teacher, Zac Occhiline, at the M cLean Meditation Institute. Participate in an eight-week series held from 2:00-3:30 pm on Saturdays. Each week, through discussion, practices, and meditations, discover the wisdom of Patanjali, the author of the Yoga Sutras. Explore the art and science of yoga and the eight-limbed system of discovering yourself which includes: yamas and niyamas (ways of living), asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath awareness and exercises), pratyahara (conscious withdrawal of senses), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (deep absorption & self-actualization.) $25 per session, $125 for the 8 week series.
