Advanced Embodied Life Story on April 14, 2016 in Berkeley, CA : Advanced Embodied Life Story Workshop with Sheila Rubin
This class is for people who have either taken an Embodied Life Story Workshop with Sheila bef ore and want to go deeper or for those with theater experience who are working on a solo or self-revelatory performance.
We will use improvisation, embodied storytelling, writing, Drama Therapy and the seven levels of sacred witnessing. We will take a journey with a deeper focus on aesthetics of performance, distancing, and developing the inner director. We'll thread moments of reality to connect with myth, family history, and dreams. By the end of this workshop you will have the profound ability to take life events and turn them into performance on the spot!

Thursdays, April 14–May 19, 2016, 6:00-8:00pm
And Saturday & Sunday, May 21-22, 10am–4pm
Performance on Sunday, May 22 at 6:00pm
