Training Includes:
11 Nights of Accommodation at Danyasa Eco-Retreat
Three organic vegetarian meals provided (except on day off)
Temple Body Arts Manual
60 Hours of training from Temple Body Arts School and Yoga Alliance Cont. Ed.
9 full days of training with Sofiah, with one day off
Temple Body Artist™ Certification (requires completion of Online Global Mentorship as well)
Post Integration call with Sofiah
Solstice and Full Moon Ritual

Prerequisites for Training:
Three years minimum of a consistent yoga/movement arts practice
